Real, raw, pure honey has antibacterial, antiseptic and anti-fungal properties. It’s also loaded with minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. Here are just a few ways that honey can be used but be careful - A study conducted for European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) shows that at least 65% of the honey sold in EU is actually not real honey so please make sure you use real honey! “HoneyQueen” products are all-natural, raw, and unfiltered. We don’t heat, add water, homogenize flavors, or use pressurized filters to process our honey. We use sustainable practices to produce a high quality product for our customers.

About us

As artisan producers of bee products, we are involved in every aspect of our business from bee husbandry, to harvesting, processing, packing and point of sale.

Every effort is made to maintain the natural properties of our Honey and queens. We care about producing a quality product and want our customer to have a great experience.
Experience

The business is owned and operated by a small company. Our specialists have kept bees as a hobby for many years and when shifted to Honey Queen. All beekeepers are certified and have both: wide experience and certification. In 2015 we expanded hive numbers to collect honey and bee pollen for sale. In the last few years number have increased to 100 beehives and we now harvest around 4 tons of honey per year, which we sell locally and export abroad.
What is Different about What We Do

Our operation is small enough that we can take care of every aspect and ensure that the very best quality is delivered. One of the things we learned as a hobbyist beekeepers is that you can deliver sensational honey from a small number of hives. It’s all about the nearby floral sources and how you process that honey.

The natural enzymes present in the honey are preserved during the processing and you end up with a product that is exactly as it was in the hive.

We care that our bees are maintained in clean and ecological area.

With a reverence for the bees, we implement practical and natural beekeeping techniques. Instead of using chemicals and medications, we strive to improve genetics to prevent colony collapse. We are based only Carpatians bees (Apis mellifera carpatica), which are highly effective and productive.
